0165 (2)(b) The provider had blinds with pull cords too loose and can form a loop down in the children play room and in the living room. 0165 (2)(c) The Provider had loose cords coming from TV in the living room and from the printer in the play room down stairs. 110-300-0165 (2)(d) The provider had plastic bags in space an accessible to children in the kitchen area and in the cabinets in the play room area down stairs. 0165 (3)(a) The Provider had sharp knives in kitchen drawer that were in a unlock cabinet. 10165 (3)(f) Provider had shelves that were not secured to the wall. 0165 (4)(c) Provider had light fixture with non-shatter-resistant cover light bulbs in the main children play room. 0165(4)(e) Provider’s sink in the restroom was too hot of a temperature of 122 degrees Fahrenheit. 0165(5)(a) The provider had some outlets in the children room downstairs, and upstairs that were not tamper-resistant. 0165(5)(b) Provider had outlets in the restroom near the sink and in kitchen near the sink that are not GFCI outlet type.
